P.Dass Forging Pvt. Ltd. is ROHTAS GROUP's Company. It was established in 1998 under the leadership of Group Chairman Shri Vijaypal Bansal.
Now with times Company has grown up and it has 7 Set of Hot Forging Presses (Range : 400 - 1600 Tons). All the presses are equiped with induction billet heater and 3-way Accept-Reject System.
We are specialized in flashless forging for acheiving the Maximum yield.
We at P.Dass Forging also houses the Cold Forging facility. It consist of 5 sets of Knuckle Joint Presses 250-800 Tons.
The Company has more than 100 latest CNC and VMC machines for machinig all the forge parts inhouse.
Final quality checks for packing are conducted to ensure that no defect is carried out with the final products. Customised packaging options are offered and with a dedicated logistics department, timely deliveries are ensured to all the customers.
